Policies
- A telephone is available at all times for emergency
use.
- Guests are allowed to receive Emergency Calls at all
times.
- Please use your cell phones for all other calls.
- Smoking permitted on outside decks only.
- Check in time is 4pm to 7pm unless by a prior arrangement.
Check out time is 11am.
- Keys are to be handed in at check out time. There will
be a charge for lost keys.
- The kitchen, basement, 1st floor lavatory and garage
are private areas.
- Enjoy the beautiful view of Lans Lake. No swimming or
boating.
- Ann Arbor Inn is not equipped to accommodate additional
pets.
Payment and Reimbursement Policy
Personal Checks, Travelers Checks, Money Orders and
Cash are accepted. Appropriate taxes will be added.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to days reserved.
If cancellation is made within 14 days prior to days reserved,
50% of the full payment will be returned. If cancellation
is made within 24 hours, the full amount will be retained
by Ann Arbor Inn. However, if we are able to rebook the
room, which we will make every effort to do, the full amount
will be returned.
All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 processing fee.
